Where We Ship

Zobie's Kids currently ships to addresses within the United States only.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days after your order is placed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Method and Delivery

Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers within 2–5 business days after USPS accepts the package. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Please keep in mind that processing time and shipping time are separate. Most orders should arrive within approximately 2–8 business days after being placed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking information will be included in your shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you discover an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at store@zobieskids.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been shipped.
